Complaints
We hope that you will be satisfied with the service that we provide, but we recognise that there may be occasions where you will not be satisfied with the way in which the matter has been dealt with. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint in writing and we endeavour to respond in writing to all complaints within a period of 21 days of receipt. This period allows time for an investigation of the matters that have been raised, if appropriate.
If you are still not satisfied with the response that you have received, then you have the right to complain to the recognised professional body which governs the insolvency practitioner.
